Privacy policy
This text is provisional and under legal review: it may change before the final version. It applies to the entire website, the contact form and the Artist Portal registration.
Who handles the data
Decisions on how the data is handled are made by Casa do Rio Soluções Culturais, which operates Casa do Rio Filmes, an audiovisual, theater and culture production company from Porto Velho, Rondônia, Brazil.
What data
On the contact form: name, email, phone number and the message you write.
On the Artist Portal registration: the personal and contact details of the individual, or of the company and its legal representative, the address, document numbers such as RG, CPF, CNPJ and PIS, and PDF copies of the documents requested in the form.
What for
Data from the contact form is used only to reply to you. The data and documents from the portal registration are used solely to draw up contracts, the purpose stated in the authorization you give when you sign up. Any other use would require a new, separate authorization.
Legal basis
The portal registration relies on your consent, given by checking the authorization box on the form, which you may withdraw at any time. For contact messages, we handle what you write because you yourself are asking for a reply. The legal basis for each purpose will be confirmed in the legal review of this text.
Sharing
A message sent through the contact form goes through an email delivery service, only so it can reach the company. At this time the portal runs as a demonstration or is closed: nothing typed into the registration leaves your browser. When the portal starts receiving real data, this section will state who it is shared with and why.
How long
We keep the data for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was provided. The exact retention period will be set in the legal review and stated here.
Your rights
Under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018), you may request confirmation that we handle your data, access to it, correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data, deletion of what was handled with your consent, information about whom the data was shared with, and withdrawal of your consent.
